19″ Floor Standing Rack intended for Digital Infrastructure, specifically designed to meet the evolving complexity of Servers, Networking, Data Centers, Audio Video Equipments, Telecom and Lab applications made up of aluminium extruded frame and other components of frame in CRCA Sheet structure provided in Assembled & Knock down form, Powder coated with highest quality standards.

— Floor standing cabinets comes in 2 range of colors, range 1-combination of RAL 7037 & 7035. range 2-fully RAL 9005(customized).

— Floor standing cabinets are equipped with a set of 4 castors and provision for the base plinth to station the rack at the desired location.

— Equipment and accessories for thermal and cable management such as Front door, Rear door, Plinths, Cable
manager, Castor, Earthing strip, Cooling Fan Kit, Support Angle and the 19” equipment such as Sliding drawer, Monitor
tray, Cantilever Tray, Keyboard tray, Blank panel, Power Distribution Unit, Castor, Leveling Legs etc to complete the range.

Presentation

The main parts of 19” floor standing cabinets are:

• 2 aluminium extruded frameworks consisting of 4 vertical and 4 horizontal sections bolted together with 4 depth sections with the help of l links to form a basic structure.
• 1 Top Cover and 1 Bottom Cover with cover plate with provision for cable entry provisions.
• 4 19” Uprights.
• 2 pairs of support channel for up to 32U and 3 pairs of support channel for above 32U height.
• 2 pairs of Reducing cable channel.(only for 800W).
• 8 Corner Brackets.
• 2 Side panels fitted with slam latch and cam lock.
• The 19” inch floor standing cabinets can be equipped with door which comes in three types viz.
  i. Glass door- The glass door is made up of 4mm glass piece with metal frame enveloping the glass.
  ii. Honeycomb perforated door- made up of CRCA with honeycomb ventilation, double door provision also.
  iii. Mesh door- made up of CRCA with square slots pattern, double door provision also.
• 2 types of standard locks can be provided viz., Cam lock, 3 point lock.
